Requirements to be added.

1. You must must be a Data Recovery company that does head replacement and have tools likePC3000. 
2. All work must be done at the address listed and must not be shipped any place else.
3. You must be registered to do business at the location the work is being done and have assets, bank accounts and pay all taxes
4. You can’t have any fake reviews anywhere.
5. You must give honest range of prices to the customer before they ship you their device and must not exceed that range unless the failure was not what the customer describes. Example: If the customer says they just have a bad USB connector and when you receive the drive you find the drive has been opened and fingerprints on the platter.
6. If the customer decides not to use your services and asks for the drive back you return the drive in the original condition and cause no further damage to the drive to prevent another company from working on the drive.
7. The return fee would only be for return shipping cost. If you have an evaluation fee you must tell the customer the exact amount before they ship you the drive. If there is any parts fee to test if the drive is crashed or not you must get the customers approval before you buy the parts.
